这个周末旧金山、纽约、波斯顿有大规模同性恋以及支持者游行，抗议八号提案。打出的标语很有意思：
"Who do you think designed your wedding dress?" (你以为谁给你设计的婚纱？-注解：美国的婚纱设计师许多都是同性恋)
"Would you rather I married your daughter?" (那你更愿意我跟你女儿结婚么？)
"Jesus had two daddy's, Why can't I?" (耶稣还有两个爸呢，我怎么不能有？)
"Banning gay marriage doesn't make you straighter" (禁止同性恋结婚不会让你看起来更异性)
"You want 2 wives, I only want 1 husband!" (你要两个老婆，我只要一个丈夫！-注解：八号法案主要有摩门教徒发起，而摩门教提倡一夫多妻制，所以游行的人也都针对摩门教进行攻击）
"Keep your religion off my civil rights" (把你的宗教和我的公民权利分开！)
"Prevent divorce, not marriage" (防止离婚，哪有防止结婚的？)
"Our marriage does not threaten yours" (我们的婚姻不威胁你们的！)
"Jesus, Mohammed, and God are not bigots. Are you?" (耶稣、默罕默德、和上帝都不歧视同性恋，你算老几？)
